2015-2016 annual report for the Centre québécois pour la déficience auditive

Creation of the CQDA’s 2015-2016 annual report. The report was meant to feel festive and light. The CQDA’s mission is to promote the common interests of its member groups in order to help improve the quality of life and defend the rights of deaf and hard-of-hearing people, both signing and oral.
