If you have been receiving SPAM E-mail that appears to come from us, rest assured that it was not sent from [ ZAA.CC ]. Recently, we have been the victim of a "Joe Job" attack - and if you received one of these E-mails, then you are yet another victim in the war against SPAM.

[ ZAA.CC ] does not engage in spamming, and is an active participant in the fight against those who do.

A "Joe Job" is the name given to an attack whereby a spammer sends unsolicited E-mail which has been spoofed to appear as if it came from somebody else. The spammer is then able to send SPAM without taking any of the responsibility for their actions, sending fallout instead to the victim. Unethical companies may also engage in these tactics in an attempt to defame their competition.

Whatever the reason, I'm sure you can agree that it needs to stop. This is why we are actively investigating this attack to find out where they are coming from. Once we have discovered the culprit, we plan to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

We need your help!

In order to be able to effectively trace these E-mails back to their original source, we need as much feedback from you as possible. If you have received at least one of these SPAM messages, it can provide valuable information that can lead to the original attacker. We have set up a form below that will assist you in copying the necessary information from the E-mail and submitting it to our team. We cannot thank you enough for helping us put a stop to this attack as expediently as possible.

First, open the offending E-mail and make sure that the full headers are being displayed. This information is essential for being able to trace the message back to its source. The methods for displaying full headers varies depending on which application you are using. If you are unsure how to display full message headers, these instructions may be helpful.

Once you have the entire message displayed, copy everything in the body of the E-Mail and paste it into the box below.

Si vous avez reçu un courriel de SPAM qui semble provenir de chez nous, soyez assuré qu'il n'a pas été envoyé à partir de [ZAA.CC]. Récemment, nous avons été victimes d'une attaque "Joe Job" - et si vous avez reçu l'un de ces courriels, alors vous êtes encore une autre victime de la guerre contre le SPAM.

[ZAA.CC] ne s'engage pas dans le spamming et lutte activement contre ceux qui le font.

Un "Joe Job" est le nom donné à une attaque par laquelle un spammeur envoie des courriels non sollicités dont il a usurpé l'identité d'un nom de domaine pour apparaître comme si elle venait de quelqu'un d'autre. Le spammeur est alors capable d'envoyer du SPAM et la responsabilité retombe sur le propriétaire du nom de domaine. Des entreprises ayant une éthique douteuse peuvent également utiliser cette tactique pour tenter de dénigrer la concurrence.

Quelle que soit la raison de cette attaque, je suis sûr que vous convenez que celles-ci doivent cesser. C'est pourquoi nous étudions activement cette attaque pour savoir d'où elle vient. Une fois que nous aurons découvert les responsables, nous prévoyons les poursuivre.
